The Alumni Office & OAA Secretariat

The Alumni Office is the day to day point of contact for all members on Alumni Matters. It is manned by three office staff; an Executive Secretary, Administrative Secretary and Operations Officer.

Apart from its functions associated with Alumni matters, the office supports the National Executive Committee in the capacity of a Secretariat and is responsible for

• coordinating meeting arrangements

• preparing and distributing minutes

• coordinating fund raising efforts and donations in support of functions of the OAA like the Biannual General Meeting, Annual Memorial Service and recently instituted Tea Party for “Ancient” Akoras

• effecting the decisions of the NEC

• ensuring an effective communication link is maintained with the School Authorities.

  
  

The office is located on the School's premises, near the Hospital and across the cross roads from Lugard House. It is housed in the building which is also known as the Club House or Staff Club.
