The above meeting takes place on the 2nd Friday of every month. At least one representative from every Year Group is expected to attend.

The meeting starts at 6:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. It used to be held at the Staff Club House. From August 2009 however it has been held at the SSNIT Guest House at Ridge, on an experimental basis. This is to determine if it is a better location to encourage better attendance.

It is a forum for discussing and sharing ideas, and disseminating information and decisions to the Akora family through the Year groups.

The meeting is not restricted to Year Group representatives. Other Akoras may attend.
